What to expect:
All first-time clients begin with a consultation. This helps me understand your hair needs while giving you a chance to get to know me. Together, we’ll also create a complimentary 6-month hair care plan to set you on the right track—whether you stay with us or not. I believe healthy hair is the foundation of all styles.
Every service includes a shampoo and conditioning, often paired with a steam treatment. Many installs include a trim, and you can also choose from a variety of add-ons to enhance your experience. We provide beverages (water, coffee, champagne, or wine), light snacks, and private one-on-one appointments with no guests allowed for your comfort.
Though we’re located downtown LA, parking is abundant. For longer appointments, lunch can be arranged upon request. You’ll also have access to Wi-Fi and TV so you can enjoy music or your favorite show. My goal is to make sure you feel cared for, comfortable, and leave overjoyed. Hi, I’m Denetrice—most people call me Lasean, but either is fine. I’m a small-town girl from North Carolina, but California has become home ever since I lived in San Diego.
Hair started as a side hustle for me, but God showed me it’s truly a part of my purpose. With over 25 years in the beauty industry, I began taking my calling seriously in 2019. My journey hasn’t been easy—there were seasons where I had to let go of everything and trust God—but He’s been faithful every step of the way.
Today, I’m blessed to live and work in downtown LA, specializing in K-tips, Sew-ins, and Silk presses. Being a cosmetologist is more than styling hair—it’s my joy to uplift, encourage, and remind every client that they are worthy, beautiful, and loved.
